When this residential building company moved in to the Columbus market in 2010, we were pleased at the chance to form a new relationship with like-minded colleagues. Our collaboration came with the opportunity to design an entry in the annual Parade of Homes, to serve as their launchpad into the local market. Getting to know them allowed us to design a home that spoke to their strengths in historic craftsmanship and attention to detail. We created a Georgian-style design with a contemporary plan and family-friendly layout that highlighted traditional craftsmanship such as woodworking and inlaid details.
