Mission Minded Architecture

Expanding Your Mission Impact.

We are proud to work with faith-based organizations, non-profits, senior communities and others who have a vision that goes beyond conventional bottom lines. At Keiser Design Group we share in your desire to make a lasting difference in the community. Whether we’re forging relationships with pastors, elders or boards of directors, we relish the opportunity to set the tone for these environments with a plan customized to bring your concept to life.

Mission-minded services are unique in that they are often done in phases or with future growth in mind. KDG clients rely on our team’s experience and knowledge for the architectural vision to enable their future endeavors. Our emphasis on enduring relationships assures clients that when it’s time for the next phase to start, we will come alongside them and continue the project without missing a beat.

Sample Projects:

Modern cafe area within the church lobby, featuring a built-in serving counter with a circular 'Generate Cafe' logo on the wall.

"The opportunity to work with a designer who understood church culture and what we were trying to accomplish. That's what made all the difference. We appreciated how he listened to our vision and designed things around it."

Your Design & Construction Process:

Step 1: Idea Generation

We collaborate with your stakeholders to define clear goals, expectations, and project parameters so your vision can move forward with confidence.

Step 2: Pre-Design Definition

We refine your project goals into clear requirements, schedules, budgets, and site/code considerations that guide the design process with confidence.

Step 3: Schematic Design

Our design team develops the baseline documentation needed for construction documents while aligning project goals with the details required for cost estimation.

Step 4: Design Development

Using Step 3 documentation, our A/E design team refines your project specifications and provides a preliminary construction cost estimate aligned with your schedule and budget.

Step 5: Construction Documents

With your approval, we finalize drawings for permitting, bidding, and construction while offering value-engineering support to help reduce costs and improve builder coordination.

Step 6: Construction Administration

We oversee construction progress, documentation, quality, scheduling, pay requests, and close-out procedures to help ensure a smooth transition into your new building.
